The Project Fee does not include transportation to and from briefing/debriefing.

Three (3) Confidential Reference Questionnaires:
  • Pastor, Youth Leader or Mentor
  • Teacher, Coach, Club Sponsor or Employer
  • Family Member (Parent, Grandparent, Aunt/Uncle, Etc.)
Guardian Advice Form - Required if you will be under 18 on June 1st

Applications will not be reviewed until all forms have been received.

If you are accepted to the Project, a nonrefundable $250.00 deposit (check made payable to Transcend International) is due to secure your place on the team, and authorizes Transcend to proceed with preparations on your behalf.
